Brad’s passion for food began his journey into what has now been a 30year career, starting with an 11year tenure at the Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast & Sheraton on the Park Sydney.

Brad’s greatest challenges and achievements came when he opened his first private venture in 1999. Circa Restaurant in Brisbane perched itself in the top echelon of venues Nationally throughout its 7year lifespan and was awarded the coveted Qld Restaurant of the Year award in 2001 & 2002. Sadly, the Historical building was flattened in favour of progress. This lead Brad to open his second venture in 2006. Era Bistro in South Brisbane comprised a modern Australian Restaurant, Function Rooms, Café, Tapas Bar and Retail Bottle shop which is where his passion for wine was truly enriched.

Brad joined Scott at Wineaway in May 2015 strengthening and developing our trade network, and has now transitioned to a role dealing with global key accounts. He is a doting Father of two beautiful daughters and loves his Pinot Noir.
