After 10 years of globe trotting, Tracey has settled back in Brisbane and is ‘taking care of business’ as the director’s PA.
Her travels have spanned far and wide, with her love of wine beginning in Central Otago. This love subsequently grew throughout years of managing restaurants across the globe. The most recent, a Michelin starred restaurant in the UK where she began her WSET journey, delving deeper into understanding the fascinating world of wine.
