Wed–Fri | 18–20 Dec 2024 — 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 4pm
Sat | 21 Dec 2024 — 10am to 2pm
Sun 22 Dec 2024 to Mon 13 Jan 2025 — CLOSED
Tue–Sat | 14–18 Jan 2025 — Open by appointment

— RETRIEVALS & INWARDS DEADLINES —

RETRIEVAL NOTICE PERIOD:
For 1-24 bottles: Minimum 2 working days’ notice
For 24+ bottles: Minimum 3 working days’ notice

***Any notice period less than the timing stated above may result in us being unable to fulfill your retrieval request. All retrieval requests must be submitted online.***

RETRIEVAL CUT-OFF:
Storage retrievals for pre-Christmas pickup must be submitted online by: 12pm, Thursday 19th Dec 2024

INCOMING CUT-OFF:
Incoming wines for storage must be delivered to Wineaway by: 12pm, Friday 20th Dec 2024

(Festive hours may affect courier delivery schedules and we cannot guarantee arrival times during this period.)

— CHRISTMAS SHIPPING NOTICE —

Please delay any wines that you may be looking to courier to us if they are not tracked to arrive by/before Tuesday, 17th Dec 2024. Christmas courier delays could result in your wines being left in a hot courier warehouse for several weeks whilst we are closed.

2025 Regular Trading Hours will resume on Tuesday 21st January 2025 as follows:

Wednesday to Friday —
10am to 1pm, 2pm to 4pm

Saturday —
10am to 2pm

Sun, Mon & PHs —
Closed
