These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with us, whether via our website, telephone, electronic mail, or any other means of communication. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Product Availability & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and stock levels across all our platforms. However, in rare instances, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to amend product information, including pricing and stock availability, without prior notice.

2. Order Confirmation
Please note that placing an order does not constitute a confirmed sale, regardless of the method used to place the order. Orders are only considered confirmed once the wine has been dispatched. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil part or all of your order (for example, due to stock discrepancies), we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Amendments & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing or stock errors.

4. Age Requirement
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country or region. If you have requested delivery or self-collection, you also confirm that the person receiving or collecting the parcel is 18 years of age or older (or of legal drinking age in your region). Proof of age may be required at the time of delivery or collection, and we are legally unable to hand over parcels containing alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age. If no eligible adult is present to receive the parcel, the order may be returned or redelivery arranged.

5. Responsible Enjoyment
We encourage the responsible enjoyment of wine. Please drink responsibly and in moderation.
