1. STORAGE AT WINEAWAY
If you are an existing storage client, you may select this option to add your wine purchases directly to your Wineaway cellar.

2. CLICK & COLLECT
We love meeting our customers, so please feel free to collect your wines at our retail and storage facility. While doing so, you’ll also have the opportunity explore the wide selection of amazing wines we have available, view our beautiful retail reception and cellar showroom.
Wineaway is located at 41 Montpelier Road, Bowen Hills, Brisbane, QLD 4006, Australia.
We are open from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Tuesday to Friday), and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Saturday), however please note that Tuesday to Friday retrievals/collections will only be ready from 11am onwards unless an earlier pickup time has been arranged in advance.
We are closed to the public on Mondays (open by appointment only), and our attendance/availability on-site cannot be guaranteed during these times. We recommend you contact us prior to visiting to avoid disappointment.
3. DELIVERY
We want you to enjoy your wines as soon as possible and endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. It may take us a little longer during sale or peak trading periods so kindly keep that in mind if you are purchasing for a special occasion. In warm weather conditions, we may delay shipments to prevent heat exposure. Where possible, we dispatch our interstate orders in air-conditioned transport with Anonymous Freight. For locations outside Anonymous serviced areas, we typically dispatch via Auspost, Couriers Please or Aramex standard couriers.
3.1 Domestic Shipping:
Delivery charges per standard case of 12 bottles or part thereof –
- Brisbane metro & inner suburbs: $18.00
- Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast: $18.00
- NSW (Sydney) metro zones: $28.00
- ACT, VIC & SA capital cities and metro zones: $32.00
- WA metro & outside standard delivery zones (+ selected remote areas): $42.00

3.2 International Shipping:
If you require international shipping, please select the ‘Click & Collect’ option upon checking out and indicate within the comments section that you require overseas delivery. Kindly provide us with the relevant information, and we will respond to you separately on the possible arrangements.
