Tasting Notes

Less affected by the frost. Mid red to crimson. The fruit is not quite so lively as the Savigny but there is enough in place. A relatively rich cherry fruit builds to the back, the acidity folds well in. Drink 2025 to 2028. – Jasper Morris MW

Here there is sufficient amount of reduction to mask the nuances of darker fruit & forest floor -scented nose. There is slightly better volume along with a lovely sense of energy to the nicely concentrated flavours that exhibit moderate rusticity & austerity on the lingering finish that fans out as it sits on the palate. Drink 2026+. – Allen Meadows (Burghound)
