Tasting Notes
Aromas of balsamic, spice, plum and dried strawberry. Medium to full body with round and fine tannins showing polish and energy. Salty. Savory and subtle fruit. 7.6 hectares. Very high calcium-based soils. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink 2023–2033. - 96pts, James Suckling
First impression is of a seductively light wine that quickly builds greater intensity revealing a medley of floral, fruit and spice flavours wrapped around a core of sweet tannins and fruity acidity that lingers tantalisingly on a lengthy finish. Supple wine with a silken texture. -95pts, Bob Campbell
