Tasting Notes

Red fruits, dried flowers, a little mint and aniseed, subtle baking spice, something a little stony/earthy here too. It’s medium-bodied, bright and tight, a cool cranberry feel to acidity, with fine brick dust tannin grip, raspberry, almond, and earl grey tea, with a lively finish of excellent energy and length, and the way the ferrous tannin shapes the finish is so lovely. This is very good. And I mean very. - 94pts, Gary Walsh for The Wine Front
