Tasting Notes

Hand-picked fruit off the McIntyre, Robinson and Garden vineyards. On skins for 20 days, wild fermentation and matured in French oak for 11 months, 20% new. It offers everything you could ask. The spicy dark cherries, the florals, the exotic spices and the generous nature of the wine across the palate. It's rich and plush with soft tannins, but not too much of a good thing.
